stunning converted Palazzo, amazing cocktail bar, gorgeous view on inner courtyard
The bathroom design lacks practicality!!! It’s frustrating trying to brush your teeth with a faucet designed for aesthetics rather than functionality. Also, the soap dispenser requires some serious engineering to operate without assistance!!! A rethink on user-friendly designs would be appreciated.

A Memorable Venetian Escape
We had a wonderful four-night stay in a deluxe room. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was remarkable—especially the fresh pastries! Only downside, the wardrobe was a bit small for our needs. Consider making reservations for dinner in advance to secure the best tables.

We loved our stay at this stunning hotel, the beautiful design and fantastic views of the canal made it a memorable getaway. The private boat transfer from the airport was a fun highlight our kids really enjoyed! The breakfast was also a hit with our family.
My kids wished there was a larger play area for them to enjoy after exploring the city.

What you’ll love and what you won’t
The tranquil courtyard and stylish room made for a memorable stay. The attentive staff and delicious breakfast were the highlights of our visit, creating a welcoming atmosphere that felt like home.
Sadly, our spectacular view was obstructed by a massive yacht, leaving us disappointed. Additionally, some amenities didn’t function properly, leading to inconvenience during our stay.

Charming rooms with hidden gems
The elegance of the decor pleasantly surprised me, and the serene view from my room offered peaceful mornings. The staff went out of their way to assist with reservations.
A mixed-up breakfast order caused a bit of frustration, but the beautiful ambiance almost made up for it. However, I wished for more menu options.
